Ibiza Travel Information

This small and idyllic island is the place to relax and unwind. Immaculate white sand beaches stretch all along the coast leading to glittering blue waters. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Although only a short boat trip away, it is a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Ibiza. Small beach-front, family-run hotels, sleepy villages and stunning countryside covered in fig and almond groves to explore on foot or by bike are the characteristics of this charming isle. In the evenings eat out at your local beach bar or visit the port of La Sabina with its sprinkling of sea- front bars and seafood restaurants.

With fewer inhabitants, fewer visitors and fewer cars than its Balearic neighbours, Formentera is a paradise just waiting to be discovered.

There are few real towns, apart from Es Pujols, the main tourist centre and San Francisco, the islands sleepy capital. Visit the 19th century lighthouse and Ca Na Costa – a 4000-year-old stone circle.

For traditional crafts and hippy markets head for the island’s capital Sant Frances Xavier.
